Welcome New Clients

Book Consultation Now

New Client Guide

Step 1. Free Consultation.  You must complete this first!

The first step to getting your perfect dog is to schedule a consultation with us. The fastest way to do so is to sign up using our online portal.

If you do not see any available dates when looking to sign up that just means that we are not currently accepting new people. Keep checking back in as new openings are frequently updated. Do not sign up for a lesson before we meet.

What to bring to your consult.

1. Your dog

We want to be able to meet you and your new best friend.

2. A secure leash on a harness or collar.

We want to make sure that everyone is safe and secure.

3. Treats / Toys

We may do a little bit of training to test your dog and teach you a few new things at your consult.

4. Any family that will be involved in training.

If possible we want everyone to be a part of your training journey. If not everyone can make it to the consult or lessons that is ok too.

Scheduling your first lesson.

Once you have met with us and discussed which program is right for you, just goto our existing client page to book lesson number one anytime that is available to you.

What to bring to your first lesson.

1. A hungry dog/ High Value Rewards

We will be using plenty of treats to train your dog. Make sure not to feed them a big meal before your lessons. Also make sure that you are bringing really tasty treats to motivate your dog.

2. Treat Pouch

Make sure that you have a way to easily hide and access your dogs treats or food. This should sit on your belt and be comfortable for you to quickly take food from.

We recommend the medium treat pouch from www.doggonegoodclickercompany.com

3. Leash/Harness/Collar

This should be fitted well. Your dog or puppy should not be able to slip out of any equipment. Your leash should be comfortable to hold in one hand.

4. Notebook

You will be learning a lot at each lesson. Make sure that you have an easy way to take notes and write down your homework at the end of each lesson.

We are so excited to be a part of your training journey. Let us know if you have any questions about how to get started right away.
